On 17th March, 2010, Bangkok Flight Services (BFS), the operator of Passenger, Ramp and Corgo handling at Suvanrnabhumi Airport, welcomed an inaugural flight of Hong Kong Airlines. Hong Kong Airlines starts its Cargo flight operation to Thailand using Ramp and Cargo Services from BFS.

The inaugural Flight HX9031 from Hong Kong Airlines departed from Hong Kong and touched down Suvanrnabhumi Airport at the early hours of 02:20 hr of 17th March 2010 using Boeing 737-300F. Mr.Javed Anwar, Director of Operation and Mr.Ekpol Mekwishai, Station Control Manager led BFS team to welcome the captain and crews by giving them BFS certificate and souvenirs.
